Resculpting Work Prices

These prices are just here as a guideline. The price will change depending on scale, the amount of work needing done, whether the model is supplied, the different details you've requested, and any other ideas you may have. I am currently unable to work on tradition scale models and resins for the public. This can range from adding more details and realism to the model, to completely resculpting the mane and tail, from removing and rebuilding the neck, to repositioning the model into a completely different movement. There is so much variaty in resculpting work, so I encourage you to discuss your ideas with me to work out the best way of achieving your dream model.

Policies

I offer a several varied services for the customer (furthermore referred to as 'you'). Whether you are after a pencil-work portrait or a resculpted model, please read through the terms and conditions stated below. As the buyer, you are committing to accept these policies and abide by them.

I currently do not ask for a deposit before working at this time, and the price stated in the initial discussions should not change unless the planned work is changed.

Small scale pencil work (A5 and smaller) I aim to have completed and packaged in no more than 3 weeks, usually less. Larger scales will take longer, and I will give an estimate during the initial discussions. I cannot give an overall time estimate for resculpting work, as adding small details to a Stablemate model, and reworking a Classic scale horse are two very different things. It could be a week, it could be a few months.

I do NOT accept returns. During my working progress, I will send the commissioner constant updates and photos, for both flatwork and resculpting. This way, you have direct input into the outcome of what you're paying for.

I try my best to pack my work correctly and safely. Flatwork is fixed and sealed, then sent in cardboard-backed envelopes, with tracing or tissue paper either side to protect the art (larger pieces possibly sent in poster tubes and such). Model horses are wrapped in bubblewrap, and then placed in an adequate box stabilized with packing peanuts.Everything is sent out with the 'Sender's Address' attached to try to avoid lost packages. I am not in control of postage costs or times, but will give you an estimate from the Post Office.

My work must be paid in full and cleared before I will post it out. If not paid for and with no reasonable contact, I retain the right to sell on my work after a 2 month 'no-contact' period.
